The information contained on the Site and in any service, product, or program (including but not limited to content in any format) is based on sources and information reasonably believed to be accurate as of the time it was recorded or created. However, the information and content involves topics that are constantly changing, including changes caused by technology, market forces, as well as legal and related compliance issues. Therefore, the completeness and current accuracy of the information and content cannot be guaranteed. The information and content do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, tax, accounting, or related advice.
Additionally, we don’t believe in “get rich” programs – only in hard work, adding value, building a real and professional career, and serving others with excellence and consistency. Our software and programs are intended to help you build a successful accounting career on your own whether it be through getting an accounting job or starting/growing your own accounting practice. Our programs take a lot of work and discipline just like any worthwhile endeavor or professional continuing education program. Please don’t enroll in our programs if you believe in the “money for nothing get rich quick” myth or ideology; we only want serious people dedicated to real professional development who want to add value and move humanity forward. We cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools or strategies. We are not familiar with your background and, besides, you are the one that ultimately controls the results you want to achieve from our programs. Nor do we offer a “business-in-a-box”, a business opportunity, or a franchise opportunity. We want to help you achieve your goals by giving great content, direction, and strategies.
Information provided is not, and shall not be construed to be, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on this Site, any of our other websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings. Any financial numbers referenced on any of our sites are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Making decisions based on any information presented in our products, events, services, or websites should be done only with the knowledge that you could experience risk or losses just like any entrepreneurial endeavor and, in fact, it is possible that you will not earn your payment back. Use caution and always consult your own accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration and/or purchase here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. We feel transparency is important on this matter, and we hold ourselves (and you) to an incredibly high standard of integrity. That’s why we also put our disclaimers on all our pages and why we give our contact information to you for any questions. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Electrician Accelerator shall have no liability for your violation of any laws. You agree to indemnify Electrician Accelerator as set out in Section 13 below in the event that you and/or your business violates any law and a claim is threatened or asserted against Electrician Accelerator as a result.
7. Testimonials, Reviews, and Pictures/Videos
We are pleased to hear from users and customers and welcome your comments regarding our services and products. As provided in more detail above in Section 2, Electrician Accelerator may use testimonials, reviews, or other content in whole or in part together with the name, city, and state of the person submitting it. Testimonials may be used for any form of activity relating to Electrician Accelerator’s services or products, in printed and online media, as Electrician Accelerator determines in its sole and exclusive discretion. Testimonials represent the unique experience of the participants and customers submitting the testimonial, and do not necessarily reflect the experience that you and your business may have using our services or products. As set forth above in Sections 5 and 6, your and your business’ results will vary depending upon a variety of factors unique to your business and market forces beyond Electrician Accelerator’s control.
Please also note that certain testimonial videos which appear on our Site or in our services or programs were created and produced by actual Electrician Accelerator customers.
8. Disclaimers of Other Warranties
EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE INAPPLICABLE OR PROHIBITED BY LAW:

WE MAKE NO, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES AS TO THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND/OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THIS SITE. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THAT: (A) THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SOFTWARE WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR OPERATE IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, SYSTEM OR DATA, (B) THE SITE, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (C) ANY STORED DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (E) ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (F) THE SITE OR THE SERVER(S) THAT MAKE THE SITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ALL CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
9. Limitations of Liabilities
IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES, Electrician Accelerator IS FOUND LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY, IN NO EVENT SHALL Electrician Accelerator’S LIABILITY TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THREE (3) TIMES THE PAYMENTS PAID BY YOU TO Electrician Accelerator FOR THE MONTH PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE FACTS GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM AGAINST Electrician Accelerator OCCURRED OR TWO-THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR AND, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR BUSINESS’ RIGHTS. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM THAT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. THE RIGHTS THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS WOULD HAVE IF YOU WENT TO COURT, SUCH AS DISCOVERY OR THE RIGHT TO APPEAL, MAY BE MORE LIMITED OR MAY NOT EXIST. YOU AGREE THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS MAY ONLY BRING A CLAIM IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF (LEAD OR OTHERWISE) OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE PROCEEDINGS OR CLAIMS OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED. HOWEVER, AN ARBITRATOR CAN AWARD ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THE SAME DAMAGES AND RELIEF AS A COURT (INCLUDING INJUNCTIVE AND DECLARATORY RELIEF OR STATUTORY DAMAGES), AND MUST FOLLOW THESE TERMS AS A COURT WOULD.
Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s Rules. In all other respects, the parties shall each pay their own additional fees, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, those for any attorneys, experts, documents, and witnesses.
The arbitrator shall follow the substantive law of Queensland Australia without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any award rendered shall include a confidential written opinion and shall be final, subject to appeal under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, as amended. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Electrician Accelerator agree that disputes will only be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated, on a class wide, representative basis, or with any other arbitration(s) or other proceedings that involve any claim or controversy of any other party. You and Electrician Accelerator expressly waive any right to pursue any class or other representative action against each other.
Failure or any delay in enforcing this arbitration provision in connection with any particular claim will not constitute a waiver of any rights to require arbitration at a later time or in connection with any other claims except that all claims must be brought within 1 year after the claim arises (the 1 year period includes the 120-day informal resolution procedures described above).
This arbitration provision sets forth the terms and conditions of our agreement to final and binding confidential arbitration and is governed by and enforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, as amended.
This provision survives termination of your account or relationship with Electrician Accelerator, bankruptcy, assignment, or transfer. If the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable (i.e., unenforceability would allow arbitration to proceed as a class or representative action), then this entire arbitration provision shall be rendered null and void and shall not apply. If a portion of this arbitration provision (other than the class action waiver) is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of this arbitration provision shall remain in full force and effect.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS WOULD HAVE HAD A RIGHT TO LITIGATE THROUGH A COURT, TO HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE YOUR CASE, AND TO BE PARTY TO A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. HOWEVER, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIMS DECIDED INDIVIDUALLY AND ONLY THROUGH BINDING, FINAL, AND CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION.
11. Electrician Accelerator Additional Remedies
In order to prevent or limit irreparable injury to Electrician Accelerator, in the event of any breach or threatened breach by you of the provisions of this Agreement or any infringement or threatened infringement by you of the intellectual property of Electrician Accelerator or a third-party, Electrician Accelerator shall be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order and preliminary and permanent injunctions or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction located in Queensland, Australia restraining such breach, threatened breach, infringement, or threatened infringement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as prohibiting Electrician Accelerator from pursuing in court any other remedies available to it for such breach, threatened breach, infringement, or threatened infringement, including the recovery of monetary damages from you and your business. You and your business hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of, and exclusive venue in, the courts of Queensland, Australia for all such claims, and forever waive any challenge to said courts’ exclusive jurisdiction or venue.

In addition, we reserve the sole right to alter, edit, refuse to post, or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our clients, sponsors, users and visitors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Electrician Accelerator, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, licensors, independent contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, loss, liabilities, damages, expenses, demands, and costs of any kind, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees and costs of any litigation or other dispute resolution, arising out of, resulting from, or in any way connected with or related to (1) your use, misuse, or attempt to use the Site, services, or products (2) information you submit or transmit through the Site, (3) your breach of these Terms, the documents they incorporate by reference, the Agreement, or the representations and warranties provided by you in this Agreement, or (4) your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
14. Third-Party Links and Your Third-Party Transactions
Throughout the Site, we may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Our linking to such third-party sites does not imply an endorsement or sponsorship of such sites, or the information, products or services offered on or through the sites. In addition, neither we nor affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services that third parties may provide on or through the Site or on websites linked to by us on the Site. Electrician Accelerator expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the content or functionality of any non-Electrician Accelerator website to which we provide a link.
Certain sections of the Site may also allow you to purchase many different types of products and services online that are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of these products and services. If you make a purchase from a merchant on the Site or on a site linked to by the Site, the information obtained during your visit to that merchant’s online store or site, and the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your credit card number and contact information, may be collected by both the merchant and us. A merchant may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies and practices. In addition, when you purchase products or services on or through the Site, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions that specifically apply to your purchase or use of such products or services. For more information regarding a merchant, its online store, its privacy policies, and/or any additional terms and conditions that may apply, visit that merchant’s website and click on its information links or contact the merchant directly. You agree that Electrician Accelerator are not liable in any respect for your dealings with third parties through the Site.
15. Affiliate Link Disclosure
Some of the links provided on the Site or in the program or services are affiliate links, which means that if you choose to make a purchase (i.e. sign up with a technology app or outsource), we, Electrician Accelerator will earn a commission. This commission comes at no additional cost to you and oftentimes a lower rate has been negotiated for you through our program. Please understand that we have experience with all of these companies, and we recommend them because they are helpful and useful, not because of the small commissions we make if you decide to buy something. Please do not spend any money on these products unless you feel you need them or that they will help you achieve your goals.
If you see “Affiliate Link” underneath a URL or hyperlink, know that this disclosure pertains to that link and any link throughout any Electrician Accelerator programs or website.
16. Termination & refund policy
This Agreement will take effect (or shall re-take effect) at the time you submit information through the Site or otherwise access or use the Site. If, in our sole discretion, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement, we may suspend your access to the Website at any time without notice to you. Sections 2, 6, 8 through 11, 13, 14, and 18 through 25 of this Agreement, as well as any representations, warranties, and other obligations made or undertaken by you, shall survive the termination of this Agreement and/or your account or relationship with Electrician Accelerator.
To purchase any Services or Products offered by Electrician Accelerator through the site, you must have Internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during sign-up (“Payment Method”). You agree to Electrician Accelerator's third-party payment provider, storing your payment information. You also agree to pay the enrollment fees for the services or products you purchase through the Electrician Accelerator Site as they become due, whether on a one-time or subscription basis.
Our refund policy is as follows: clients=s are entitled to a full refund if they complete all action items in Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4, Week 5, Week 6, Week 7, Week 8, Week 9, Week 10, Week 11 and can demonstrate that have implemented and followed all steps exactly as taught in the Electrician Accelerator program and have asked for help on the weekly Q&A calls if they have got stuck with anything.
If the client can provide proof they have implemented and followed all steps as per the above with the program and could not add an extra $10,000 per month in revenue to their electrical business and show satisfactory evidence and proof of this to an Electrician Accelerator representative within 30 days from the date of purchase, the client will be eligible for a full refund. This practice aims to hold people accountable for doing the work and getting results. If the client cannot demonstrate that they have completed all action items as taught exactly within 30-days from the date of purchase, they are not entitled to a refund. If customers ask after 30 calendar days they are not entitled to a refund.
When you sign up to Electrician Accelerator you will either pay upfront in full or split the total amount payable over a payment term. All payments divided over terms incur finance charges. When you sign up for our Services you acknowledge and agree to pay the entire balance of the purchase including all monthly payments due and any finance charges added. Failure to pay the remaining balance on any purchase invoice will involve our internal billing team making contact with you to collect payment for 30 days and then failing that we will hand the account over to a collections agency for formal collections which may incur additional collections fees and harm your credit rating. Failure to pay any due balance on your account will result in immediate suspension of your account and you will not be able to access the Electrician Accelerator. We will make contact with you for 30 calendar days to collect payment and re-activate your account but if we are not successful, we will terminate your account permanently and you will not be able to access the Electrician Accelerator Program again unless you pay in full at the standard purchase price.
17. DMCA Notice
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. Any notification by a copyright owner or a person authorized to act on its behalf that fails to comply with the requirements of the DMCA shall not be considered sufficient notice and shall not be deemed to confer upon Electrician Accelerator’s actual knowledge of facts or circumstances from which infringing material or acts are evident. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, the DMCA permits you to send to Electrician Accelerator a counter-notice. All notices and counter notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.loc.gov/copyright for details. Electrician Accelerator’s Copyright Agent for notice of claims of copyright infringement or counter notices can be reached as follows: [email protected] Please be sure to include “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notice” in the subject line of your email.
No failure or delay on the part of Electrician Accelerator in exercising any right, power or remedy under this Agreement may operate as a waiver, nor may any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of such right, power, or remedy, or the exercise of any other rights, power, or remedy under this Agreement. A waiver of any right or obligation under this Agreement shall only be effective if in writing and signed by Electrician Accelerator.
Electrician Accelerator may assign its rights under this Agreement at any time, without notice to you. Your rights arising under this Agreement cannot be assigned without Electrician Accelerator’s (or its assigns’) express written consent.
20. Electronic Signature

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.
